What is MDXCN?
MDXCN is a set of diagrams drawn as text, made for coding agents to illustrate refactor write-ups, incidents, tradeoffs and PRs. An agent writes Markdown inside a component tag on MDX pages and pastes the same figure as an official fenced ASCII block in READMEs, GitHub comments or Linear. Components install via the shadcn CLI (`pnpm dlx shadcn add https://mdxcn.dev/r/all.json`) — there is no npm package — and a companion agent skill picks the right graph. An OpenAPI-specified developer API exposes the catalog with generous rate limits. Developed in the open at shadcn-labs/mdxcn.
